Now I’m enrolled for Greek! I think I made a mistake in taking these classes though, as I didn’t take into account the time it would take for me to get to the centres…XD I’m going to be out till at least 11pm on a school day. Woo. I’ll see what happens. Maybe my college timetable will be kind to me. : D
My current theme isn’t compatible with Wordpress 2.6, so I’m using this theme ’til there’s some sort of fix.
Currently listening to: 意識~戦後最大級ノ暴風雨圏内歌唱~ by 椎名林檎, from the album 私と放電.
So I now officially love Wordpress plugins. You can now listen to my blog post being read out by a scary man! He can even pronounce KAWAII. Just click the listen now button above this.
Edit: I de-activated it because it makes my blog go all slow and funny. D=
So what have I got planned for this half term? Quite a lot actually, which is usually not the case. On Wednesday, I’m going to my friends sleep-over and on Thursday, I’m going ice skating. I might also be going to Gatwick Airport with another friend job hunting. Yay! I may have or have not mentioned that already, but I can’t remember.
I’ve also been set quite a bit of homework. I have 2 essays to complete, one about size zero models and another about…elections? I can’t remember what it is exactly.
I’ve recently discovered the joy that is Windows Live Writer. It’s a WYSISYG (What you see is what you get) blog publishing software that allows me to post on this very blog without having to access the web interface. It’s pretty nifty. It can do everything Wordpress can do and more! For example:
Every time I tried to use the rich text interface for YouTube videos, all that would come up was the embed codes and I would have to use the plain text interface to add them, which meant everything was in HTML if I wanted to bold something. Now all I have to do is copy and paste! = D

And yes, I like that song. Don’t judge me.
Woo! New Wordpress version! Not like it introduces any new features, but yay to security updates.
It was my first official day of college on Friday. We had to be sorted into form classes, and Nicole is in mine! I wouldn’t have minded if I didn’t know anyone, but it’s a somewhat bonus to know at least one person. To break the ice, we had to speak to someone we didn’t know and then introduce them. I’ve already forgotten the person I had to introduce name, but he likes sport.
I had like, over an hour and a half of free time before I had my first lesson, so me and Danielle just wandered around the college talking. We wanted to go off-site but we got to the gate and realised that none of us knew where the local amenities were, so we walked back up.
Travel was fun. I had to introduce someone else again. She was nice. I forgot her name when we had to tell everyone, but that’s nothing a little asking again can’t solve. We had to do a little exercise about customer services. My group had to write the good points. We also got homework! I probably should get starting on that.
Geography reminded me how much I’ve forgotten about the subject. I couldn’t even remember what the star symbol was on the map, nor could I tell how high up some lake was. We also got homework here, but it’s just some quick research. Basically, I got homework for every subject.
By the third lesson, I was fed up of having to be introduced again, so good thing we bypassed that. Basically, all we did was go through what the course consists of.
Film Studies went by in a breeze. We had to write down films and then categorise them in their genres. That was it basically.
